Training and preparation
We realize how important it is to be ready to race, so we pay a lot of attention to training. Before each regatta, the crew gathers for intensive training sessions.
In the course of these sessions we:
- Exploring the waters and weather forecast for upcoming races.
- Practicing maneuvers: setting and retracting sails, turns on tack and full course. Working with spinnaker and gennaker.
- Improve crew cohesion so that each crew member understands their role.
- We learn tactical elements, how to read the wind and choose the right course.
Our approach allows each participant to feel confident at the start and enjoy the race.
