Roman is the founder of the project and a captain with over 40,000 nautical miles under his belt. His routes have taken him from Scandinavia to the Indian Ocean, from the Greek islands to the shores of South America.

Roman is not just a skipper, but a true adventure architect. Over the years, he has organized dozens of itineraries and hundreds of tours, creating for guests not just recreation, but bright, well-thought-out voyages.

He knows how to match the itinerary to the mood of the crew, create an atmosphere of ease, confidence and true maritime freedom.
